The objections we hear most

Will students use it to cheat?
It answers from your material, in your framing, with a citation — which is closer to a well-indexed textbook than to a ghostwriter. It will explain what you taught and point at where you taught it. What it will not do is produce work about material you never uploaded.
What if my material is wrong or out of date?
Then the assistant is wrong in exactly the same way, and says so with a citation you can trace. That is the honest trade: it inherits your material's accuracy rather than papering over it with plausible text from elsewhere.
Do I have to maintain a prompt?
No. The grounding rules, the voice and the blocked phrasings are part of the product, enforced in the agent and covered by tests. You maintain your course; we maintain the behaviour.
What happens when retrieval finds nothing?
The agent rephrases and searches again. If it still finds nothing, the student is told the course does not cover it, and the question is logged for you as a gap. It does not fall back on the model's training data.
