Pricing questions

What counts as one course?

One isolated body of material with its own students — typically one module in one term. If you teach the same module to two cohorts and want their conversations kept apart, that is two courses.

Are model costs really included?

Yes, at teaching volumes. A course on the Course tier running Sonnet for a full term with a few hundred students sits comfortably inside it. We monitor for genuinely unusual usage and will call you rather than bill you.

What happens when a term ends?

Archive the course and billing stops for it. The material and conversations stay readable so you can pull the gap report before next year, and you can reopen it whenever the module runs again.

Is there an education discount?

The pricing above already assumes an education buyer. For a whole faculty or a public institution, talk to us — that is what the Institution tier is for.
